Riverdale appears to have its villain for now, and somehow, despite all the crazy, he’s stealing the show. Anytime a show like this can absolutely nail a character with no moral compass and no desire for compromise and mix in social commentary to boot, that’s a heck of a job. In fact our one big complaint is that it’s very muddy on what this “superhero” arc is meant to be. But at the very least, this show has us intrigued, and that’s saying something when this show has let us down too many times before.
