The NFL Owners meetings are taking place in Palm Beach, Florida this week. Panthers owner David Tepper, who was vocal during his first few seasons of owning the team, has been mysteriously silent since last speaking publicly in December of 2020 following the dismissal of then-general manager Marty Hurney. The Charlotte Observer's Jonathan Alexander tried speaking to Tepper on Monday but he declined. Should Tepper address the fan base or is he justified in his silence?

During the NFL Owners meetings, there will be a discussion on the overtime rules that became a major topic of discussion following the Kansas City-Buffalo playoff game. Should the owners agree to change the rules? If so, which of the two proposals makes the most sense.
