Submit ReviewIn the 1940s, Captain Defense and Daphne was one of America’s most popular radio dramas. This superhero and his girl sidekick filled the airways every Saturday night with their great adventures. While Captain Defense kept America safe by literally freezing out the bad guys with his patented ice ray gun, Daphne used her hypnotic stare to wheedle secrets from them as they thawed.
Flash forward to the year 1984. The actors Dan Milo and Di Stephano who played Captain Defense and Daphne are long out of the spotlight and haven’t seen each other in years. Dan reaches out to Di when he realizes his most beloved prop from the show has been stolen. Can these voice actors, long retired, summon their former superhero selves long enough to solve the case?
