In the Northern Territory, you're 7 times more likely to be killed by your partner than anywhere else in Australia.

A men's behaviour change program for convicted perpetrators of domestic violence is addressing this crisis head-on. Indigenous Affairs reporter Brooke Fryer spent a week on the ground in Alice Springs attending a few sessions and meeting some of the men involved.

If you or anyone you know needs help, 1800 RESPECT is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by calling 1800 737 732
