Can you believe it’s already been a week since we last graced your lives with a brand new episode of Oilersnation Radio? No? Alright, I'll give you a moment to compose yourself. Fortunately, the wait is over and we’ve got a fresh podcast that’s ready to fill you with knowledge just in time for the weekend.   To kick off this week's podcast, we jumped in with a look at the week that was, including a breakdown of the loss against Chicago and the arguably undeserved win against Philly. Yeah, the Oilers are finding different ways to win even when they probably shouldn't, but you'd have to admit that it's probably not the best strategy to run long term. Speaking of areas of improvement, we walked through the Oilers' bottom six and the lack of production they've been able to create so far. That led us to wonder whether the Oilers would look at recalling a guy like Kailer Yamamoto to help bolster the offence. In Bakersfield, Yamamoto has four goals in four games, totals that would have likely merited a recall in past regimes, but is that enough for Ken Holland to make the call? The boys got into it about this one. From there, we previewed tonight's game against the Detroit Red Wings and offered praise for Ethan Bear and the game he's playing on defence right now. Lastly, we finished off this week's show with a passionate debate about whether or not the Oilers should be interested in bringing back Taylor Hall. Would the former winger be worth the assets needed to acquire him? Could they look at signing him as a free agent on July 1st?
