Cade Cunningham, according to Adrian Wojnarowski, has elected to have surgery on his injured shin, which will end the rest of his season for the Detroit Pistons. This is incredibly unfortunate for the face of the franchise, but he will be back before training camp next season at 100%. With Cunningham out, this all but guarantees the Pistons will have a top-5 pick, at the least, to add to their young core this offseason.
