Amy Slinker, Major in the Alaskan Army National Guard, took an idea for an online business from concept to reality.  She wanted to find and sell military regulation-compliant items ( bags, purses, gloves, etc) a niche that seemed neglected.  She talks about her earlier career and how those lessons helped her approach the concept of an online business.  Military planning and operations experience helped her overcome the reluctance to jump into this business environment.  Amy talks with host Jim Fausone about her military and business journey.
