This week we’re looking at the current BGG hotness as we wrap up July and move into August.

First up, though, is our question of the week: What games have the biggest gap between the promise of the cover and the mechanics in the box (e.g. any game with plants being as cutthroat as possible)?

  • Acquisition Disorders: Dice Miner, On Mars: Alien Invasion by Vital Lacerda & Ian O'Toole
  • At the Table Reviews: Concordia Venus
