Carissa Tozzi and Gena Mann are longtime friends and the lifestyle savvy women behind Wolf + Friends, an app for moms raising children with special needs. Before motherhood, Carissa had a thriving career in celebrity casting and PR. She worked with media brands like Refinery29, Seventeen and Cosmo Girl. Her life changed when she was told that her son Wolf, who's neurotypical had some sensory issues and needed extra support in the classroom. Carissa wanted her son to live the best life he possibly could, but thought existing materials and resources were not inspiring. She then teamed up with her friend Gena, whose two sons were diagnosed with autism. Together, these warrior moms created an uplifting and judgment free platform where moms raising kids with special needs can connect and find the support they deserve.   Check out: https://www.wolfandfriends.com If our podcast resonates with you, please don't forget to leave us a rating and review!
