We discuss what’s happened at the Kabul airport and the effects on commercial air traffic in Afghanistan. How airlines learned to stop worrying and love the MAX We chat with Ned Russell, airlines reporter at Skift/Airline Weekly to learn more about how airlines have felt about the return of the 737 MAX and what they’ve seen over the past eight months. Embraer’s new turboprop Embraer released its revised turboprop configuration for its next-generation regional aircraft. FAA AD on PW1500G and PW1900G engines The FAA issued an airworthiness directive for Pratt and Whitney PW1500G and PW1900G engines instructing operators to replace portions of the high pressure compressor in the engines.
