Did you know audibles are used to quickly change a previously decided play call in football? My guest today is Phillip Deas. Phillip has been making disciples since he was eighteen. His greatest joy continues to be seeing people’s lives transformed by the truth of God’s Word and watching them become world changers. A nationally recognized high school football player, Phillip was recruited to play quarterback at the University of North Carolina and later transferred to Louisiana Tech University. After a career-ending injury, Phillip has spent decades coaching football and working in multiple ministry positions. Phillip is also a John Maxwell Certified Speaker, Trainer, and Coach. Phillip is excited about helping others develop their skills, leadership, and character in order to expand their influence has been his passion. Join me as I try on Phillip's size 11 1/2 Nike running shoes. (However, he is NOT a runner)
