The Atlanta Braves tugged on our heart strings in their win over the Philadelphia Phillies in game two of the NLDS. Michael Harris made such an incredible throw to double up Bryce Harper to close out the game. Austin Riley got the party started by hitting a two-run home run to bring the Braves within one score. Tenitra Batiste, Jake Maostrianni, Grant McAuley and Jarvis Davis talked about whether or not this will be the event to wake the Braves’ bats up for the rest of the series. Secondly, the Braves’ bullpen in 2021 earned a rather catchy nickname when they won the World Series. The “Night Shift” was a big reason why the Braves were able to pull it off. In game two against the Phillies, guys like Joe Jimenez and Pierce Johnson, came up huge for the hometown team to keep the Phillies within reach. Lastly, the team wrapped up the conversation by talking about what it would take for the Braves to take control of this series. The consensus was that it all starts with MVP favorite Ronald Acuna Jr.
