Today’s episode is a FIREYYY one & we are talking all about this idea that although PAIN in life is often UNAVOIDABLE…. CHOOSING to STAY in the SUFFERING that we CAN CONTROL is OPTIONAL. So if you are CHOOSING suffering or CHOOSING to stay STUCK that you must be getting something out of this otherwise you wouldn’t CHOOSE IT right?

Truly I  think sometimes we stay because we THINK the SUFFERING is EASIER than the CHANGE.

Because CHANGE means LOSS.

Loss of what we KNOW.

Loss of COMFORT.

Loss of perceived certainty— which lets be real if 2020 taught us anything it’s that certainty is not REAL.

This is a topic I have been thinking a lot about, so I cannot wait to hear YOUR thoughts on it too!!
