On Tuesday's show, we noted how Monday's win over Utah was arguably the most impressive of the season for the Lakers. For Frank Vogel, it might have been the most important, too. Tuesday, multiple basketball insiders reported that the Lakers were on the verge of firing their head coach, if the Lakers would have been blown out by the Jazz in similar fashion to their previous three games. Instead, he is reportedly being evaluated "game to game."

Like, double secret probation! Except it's not a secret, anymore.

Sooooooo much to discuss.

• Would firing Vogel solve the problems the Lakers are looking to solve?
• Could they find someone better, this deep into the season? Is better even the point, or is the goal more to light a fire under the team?
• They wouldn't let Kurt Rambis take the interim role, would they? Would they?
• How much blame does Vogel deserve for everything that's happened this year?
• How does it reflect on the Lakers to let Vogel go mid-season? Does it hurt the credibility of the organization? Particularly given their recent track record? Short extension for Vogel this offseason, nickel and diming Ty Lue, and so on. Do they even know what they want in a coach?
• How would all of this reflect on LeBron? Does he end up with proverbial blood on his hands?
