It's a special episode, outside the normal bounds of time and space!  The trainers meet a strange traveler from a little-known land far out beyond the sea, who quickly asks them for aid in recovering one of his Pokemon that has gone rogue.  Along the way, we learn the origins of Charlie's difficulties with Ground-type Pokemon.
