Submit ReviewJune 6th: Emily Swann Kills (1903)
The outcome of a case depends largely on the time period in which the trial happened. On June 6th 1903 a murder occurred and, in the end, pointed the finger at a woman who, had she been tried in more modern times, might have seen a far different outcome of her trial.
