A New Year and the End of History

It is a new year and everyone is looking at how they can have a better year.  There are some attitudes and issues that can prevent us from growing and getting better. Let’s talk about a few of those things.

The End of History Illusion will cause us to think that we have already grown all that we will grow in our lives.  It can prevent us from looking to grow if we let it take root.

We also examine concepts from Dweck’s Mindset.  Learning the difference between a fixed mindset and a growth mindset will prepare you for improving your life.
