Lillian is half-Japanese and grew up in Canada. She developed her love and passion for Japanese culture over time. In 2018, she decided to leave her successful job in finance and started Kokoro Care Package with her partner Aki Sugiyama in Japan. The duo not only distributes Japanese artisanal food products but also unique cultural background behind them to the world.
