Today’s episode features Taylor Stone, a leader in higher consciousness, self-mastery, and energetics. Taylor’s mission is to help remind women that they hold the power within them to become their own self-healers and live out their full purpose and potential.

In Taylor's opinion, people can begin healing themselves by being honest about their choices and how the choices they are making are or aren't serving them. She teaches that people need to then give themselves some grace and begin working on healing.

When people feel like victims, they forget they have choices, so Taylor and Molly strongly agree that it is crucial to leave the victim narrative behind. As a big proponent of gratitude, Taylor practices it every day. Although you may have a long way to go, it's okay and beneficial to hold gratitude for where you are right now.

During this episode, we'll hear some of Taylor's personal stories about how she felt out of place at church when she was younger, how she always sought a deeper meaning in life, and how she finally found what worked for her. As a former NFL cheerleader, she will explain how being weighed every week during that time affected her relationship with food and her body, and how she healed. Taylor will also define and explain how energy, frequency, vibration, and alchemy are relevant to her healing work.

Key Highlights:

  • Taylor’s advice for people who don't believe in God

Episode Quote:
