Submit ReviewBurnout is a state of physical, mental and emotional exhaustion that can result from chronic stress, especially in the workplace. It can affect anyone, but it's particularly common among people who work in demanding, competitive or high-pressure environments. Burnout can have serious consequences for your health, happiness and productivity. But what causes burnout and how can we prevent it?
