Anna Schwab works as a free-lance professional dancer in modern and contemporary dance-theatre, has taught and choreographed at studios across Baton Rouge, and teaches dance to elementary school students in the East Baton Rouge Parish School System. In a beautiful twist of worlds, Anna holds a Masters degree in Business Administration and a B.A. in Creative Writing.

She loves to uphold the Louisiana tradition of bringing people together over food and drink to share their stories, and sees PechaKucha Night as a beautiful opportunity to do that in a new and creative way. If you think that I'm just stumbling over my words or speaking gibberish, I promise to enlighten you to the wonders of PechaKucha in this episode.

Most importantly, Anna is the mother of 9-year-old daughter, Quinn, who also loves to dance, make art, and share stories of her own. As we record this episode, Quinn is sitting in the next room drawing a beautifully intricate picture of a dragon and giving commentary on her Mom's explanation of dragon tribes.
