Submit ReviewJoin host Hank Thompson and his panel of guests as they discuss the impact of crime in our city and communities. Joining Hank is Sergeant Heather Taylor, Senior Advisor to Saint Louis Public Safety Director Dr. Dan Isom; Adolphus Pruitt, President of the Saint Louis City branch of the NAACP; and Lorenzo D. Savage, publisher of the “I Am ESTL” magazine.
Today’s panel provides perspective on the image of the metro east community as one that is plagued with crime and lawlessness. Lorenzo Savage talks of the positive aspects of his community and Adolphus Pruitt stressed that minority communities should not be neglected when it comes to police response and action to further perpetuate harmful images of these communities. Sgt. Taylor also provides examples of first-hand accounts of things she has witnessed during her time as a sergeant.
