This is my third year of being the ringmaster of the Mr. Media radio show and I’m starting to see previous guests return with new projects. And that is certainly the case tonight, as cartoonist and historian returns to the show to talk about her new project about Nell Brinkley's Girls, The Brinkley Girls. TRINA ROBBINS podcast excerpt: "She was an early feminist. A lot of the work is just pretty girls -- she loved drawing pretty girls and she was great at it -- but the protagonists in her stories were these gorgeous, strong, feisty women."  Trina was a great guest the first time around, talking about her original comic book character, GoGirl! This time, she’s here to promote a new collection of full color art by , drawn between 1913 and 1940. It’s a beautiful coffee table book laden with history and significance for both comics and advertising. Trina Robbins • • • •
