A doctor of speech pathology, nutrition coach, mother of three, and marathoner - Melissa Malani is one busy woman. Despite that, or maybe because of it, she is able to cram an awful lot into one day. Melissa also shares how a mentally and emotionally abusive first marriage caused her to stop running.
