Submit ReviewIf you are familiar with my work, you know that I am a huge advocate of parents being able to, somehow, dig deep, and view their kids through a more open, curious, compassionate, and empathetic lens versus a critical, judgmental and blaming one. It is hard when we are faced with the annoying teen behaviors we do not love but I firmly believe that we have to find a way to do this and in so doing, help our teens navigate life with less pressure and gain a greater sense of worthiness and good-enoughness.
