Growing up in a multidenominational household, Christmas Eve has always been one of my favorite days of the year. But in 2020, we've all come to learn some difficult lessons. One I'm leaning into: it's important to not waste energy on the things we cannot control. I am consciously choosing the safe, more sane option (especially because COVID).
