On stage he's been in the 1st National Tour of Waitress: The Musical. We discuss growing up in North Carolina, getting the bug at a young age from church plays, being a bad student, playing silent characters in college, booking a soap opera right out of college only for the show to be canceled, having to move back home, booking an Off B'Way show that reignited his passion, arrogance getting the best of him, the lessons learned from being a Broadway understudy, doing background work and dog walking as side jobs, and looking forward to what the future holds.
