Robert Cromeans has always been the mentor I have looked up to through beauty school. Every day on my 45 minute drive to and from beauty school, I would listen to his CD set. It was in those moments my dreams and desires of opening a salon were cultivated. Robert has been guiding my career for over a decade and it was a dream come true to interview him here on this show. I am very excited to share with you the mentors who have made me over the next few months.
