Submit ReviewDiversity committees are allies to you as an organisation, but also to the wider employee cohort. Helping them to get their structure together, decide roles on their objectives and learn to navigate corporate structure can contribute to organisation’s overall DNI objectives while also having some of their objectives met.
These committees are made up of people with passion, who have passion, who are volunteers, and what you want to do is get them into a place where they are identifying the skills, the competencies they need, in the actual committee to meet the objectives that they end up agreeing upon
