What an honor it is to welcome Joann Lublin to the podcast. She’s a former Wall Street Journal career columnist and shared the 2003 Pulitzer Prize for her writing on corporate scandals.
She’s coming on to talk about her new book called
Power Moms: How Executive Mothers Navigate Work and Life. In the book, Joann compares two generations of women – boomers and GenXers – to examine how each navigates the emotional and professional challenges involved in juggling managerial careers and families.
There’s a lot here for not only moms, but dads and leaders of all stripes.
