After an incredible weekend of Australian marathon performances at the Birmingham Commonwealth Games, we thought it was timely we ‘rewired’ Australian Running Coach Adam Didyk to revisit some of his coaching philosophies that he shared with us previously.

Adam is the coach to Jessica Stenson who just won gold at the 2022 Birmingham Commonwealth Games.

Adam is Head Coach of Team Tempo Run, an elite running squad based in South Australia. Adam has been an Athletics Australia Coach of the Year nominee in 2016 and 2017 and the Athletic South Australia Coach of the Year in 2011 and 2012.
