How to stay on track if you miss a workout or have a hiccup in your new diet. This is a great time of year to build for down the road, and do it without guilt or a self defeating mentality. It takes a lot of energy in the beginning to build a new habit, but eventually the new you will be on auto pilot. You just have to get there . . . and it’s a process.
