What an incredible episode with the genius that is Mr. Raphael Brooks. He says that he is most proud of the the Bio Tech Research he has done with Via Christi Hospitals in Wichita, Kansas. He tells us all about the important uses for Cold Lasers and Red Light Therapy and why the morning sun is the most important for our bodies to absorb Vitamin D. He wrote a paper on reversing ventricular hypertrophy and that he determined it is the same as an athletes heart.The average life expectancy of an Olympic athlete is 58 years old and the life expectancy of a Fortune 500 executive is also 58!!!Bernie and Raphael get into a very interesting discussion about stem cells and cells in our bodies and how our bodies replace every cell every 7 years. Raphael says that there are 2000 cancer trials every year and only a couple work. He says he came up with one that works that is called the Savage Matrix. Then he tells us that if you are 20 lbs overweight it doubles your chance of mortality and that stress kills.The biggest problem in our lives is that the good habits we have in our youth like being active etc, change when we get older and that speeds up the aging process. The more you hold on to your young habits the younger you can stay. We talk about how the body can heal itself. We believe that Raphael is so smart and such a genius he deserves to win a Nobel Peace Prize!
