I am super excited to talk with Aisha D Davis, CEO of BAC Media LLC, about her phenomenal story. We talk about her first job, her time at university where she wanted to do art, and then started her post graduate life by landing in Tokyo without knowing anyone there. Aisha talks about how she was able to figure out who she was away from where she grew up, and realized she needed to do something creative. She shares about how she helped figure out that Japan was a large next potential market for music, and brought MTV to Japan.
