Submit ReviewI am so delighted that on this episode of #29DaysofMagic I get to have a chat with Bria Washington, Manager, Sports Marketing at The Coca-Cola Company. We talk about her story going from almost pro soccer player, to sales, all the way to where she is now. We talk about how Bria's first female boss helped her so much navigate what she was doing. Bria shares about how she got to be involved in helping Coca-Cola bring about sustainability with Atlanta United and the Mercedes-Benz Stadium. We talk about the great advice Bria got from her dad that she shouldn't settle. We talk about the delicate balance that arise from the stress of there being only so much room for women at the top of businesses, while wanting to be able to not be stunted or stopped from growing, how black women want to not just exist or survive, but we want to be seen, and heard and valued, and yet not wanting to burn bridges unnecessarily. We talk about not taking trauma with you, and not doing the bad that happened to you to those that are coming after you. We talk about how life doesn't end at age 22, and so much more!
Bria would like to ask you to make time to give back to the younger generation that is reaching for help.
