The ladies share some of their own stories as well as real client situations in order to help you in specific aspects of life. Hannah goes into detail about the different nutrition approaches such as mindful & intuitive eating, tracking macros or following a meal plan. This will be very individualized depending on a client’s history and what works best for each person. This is something the 90 day program focuses on and there is room for trial and error here, but the key is to create healthy habits when it comes to eating and food choices. Amanda shares her advice to clients when they fall off track and need to give themselves grace. She says it’s so important to not sit in shame but to forgive yourself and figure out how you can get your mindset right in order to move on.
