Author of Trusted to Thrive, Marie-Claire was working in the safety communications space when she realised it wouldn’t work if there wasn’t trust in the workplace. Her work revealed a trend of leaders believing they had built trust (they hadn’t), cultures of stalled communication and assumptions a-plenty!
