Are you doing everything you possibly can to hit the target every single day? Working hard to reach your goals is not easy. If it was everyone would be winning. It requires you to demand excellence from yourself on a daily basis. Nobody else is going to demand excellence from you but you. A lot of people set new goals and at about the 3 week mark start to slip up and give themselves breaks. This is the worst thing you can do. Skipping your cardio or allowing an extra cheat meal will only keep you from becoming that next best version of you. One break turns into two, which then turns into a pattern and before you know it you are starting all over again. Instead, you’ve got to demand excellence from yourself. That’s today’s message.
