Liana Giannamore first experienced the world of bodybuilding through her parents, who both were competitors. She began her own bodybuilding journey in 2018 and turned pro in 2020. After turning pro, she took a two-year improvement season to transform her physique so that she could hang with the big dogs before making her pro debut. Her improvement season was a success despite the challenges she faced in her personal life and she is now on track to being able to compete at The Olympia.
