She is ending week 3 at the time of recording this episode, and that’s about the time when people can start to fall short of their goals. They start to hit snooze on the alarm or cut back on their cardio a little bit, which may seem harmless. Once that starts, it’s a slippery slope into your old habits, your old beliefs and your old patterns which will keep you trapped being the person you aren’t meant to be. The little things are where it’s at. The little things will take you to the big things. She also talks about having fulfillment in the journey and not focusing so much on the end goal. We spend most of our lives in the journey, in the process. If you find fulfillment in the journey, you will be able to stay on track with the little things because you know if you do that, you will reach that end goal and have that mountain top moment in life. Decide to avoid the traps and continue practicing excellence every single day. That’s today’s message.
