Before taking on the role at WMG, Karl Kongkham worked at the Leo Burnett Group, an agency that specializes in advertising, digital and social media, content and innovation, sales promotion, direct marketing and event management. He served as a business director of the company’s ARC Worldwide and MSLGROUP subsidiaries.
