I want for nothing else in this world but to provide a place where my girls feel safe, heard and appreciated and to give them everything I can to help them become the best versions of whoever they are to be in life.

I know I'm not perfect and I have a lot to learn about parenting, but this discussion I had with Lael has allowed me to take a BIG step forward in that journey and I know my girls will be better off because of it.

Lael, among MANY other achievements, is the co-author of the book, Raising Resilient and Compassionate Children and in this weeks podcast we talk about many topics that will help you become the best version of yourselves to allow you to provide an environment that looks to nurture, encourage and promote resilience and compassionate children.

This episode is truly not to be missed and I do hope you give that play button a press as I KNOW you will find benefit in our chat.

I hope you enjoy the podcast and as always, please hit that SUBSCRIBE  BUTTON to make sure you never miss any future episode and please consider leaving a 5 STAR RATING and POSITIVE REVIEW as it would mean the world to me.
