Welcome to the world of Johnathan Pushkar. Singer, Songwriter, Social Media Influencer. Growing up south of Pittsburgh Pennsylvania, Johnathan at a very young age, fell in love with the sound of The Beach Boys and The Beatles. While in school, he performed in a talent show with a 50’s and 60’s tribute band (playing drums), and the response from the audience had him hooked. He made the decision to attend Belmont University to further his music education, and while there made the decision to record an album project of the songs he had written. Out of that came a record deal, and the rest is history.

One of the things that Johnathan discovered while putting his game plan together for his musical future, was don’t let other people say no for you. Don’t be afraid to ask. The “ask” is always worth it. Also, although he wasn’t looking for a record deal, when offered one, he took the time to research and determine what was best for his career. We talk with Johnathan about this, along with his experience becoming an influencer for Lego, and how that toy company became an integral part in his music, especially when it came to working with the folks who run the Elvis Presley estate, and Graceland.
