In today’s episode, Emily has a very special guest, Karla Head. Karla is a client of Emily’s Evolve X mentorship program. Emily is doing a series with past clients to allow them to share their personal growth journey of evolving. Each client has a very different experience and we are so honored to be sharing some of them. Karla was ready to make some changes in her life and hit the ground running before the new year, so she signed up for the final round of Evolve X of 2021. After closing a business that wasn’t working for her anymore, Karla had some things she needed to address in her life and let go of the victim mentality she was living in. Karla also talks about getting sober and how it has helped her make the most of her days and how her relationships have gotten better because of it. Other struggles she was able to address during the program was making herself a priority, trusting in herself to make decisions and getting out of the habit of people pleasing. The confidence Karla gained throughout the program is life changing for her. She was able to set boundaries, create space for herself, have hard conversations and being ok with saying no. She gives great advice to other moms and talks about getting her kids involved and shares that her marriage and relationships with her kids is the best it’s ever been. Listen to hear more details about Karla’s journey of evolving.
