We also covered breastfeeding difficulties, feeling rejected, and getting through it.
Side note for what to do when someone has a baby - bring food, take older kids, and help clean the house (please).
-I'm a mom of 4 kids. 10 and under
-I've experienced 2 c-sections and 2 home births
-I've had 2 miscarriages (one of them at 17 weeks gestation)
-I struggled with breastfeeding with my 3 boys, tongue-tie, breast aversion, and milk supply prob
-I advocate self-care for moms and prioritizing their needs SO they can be less stressed and become the calm and patient moms they desire to be.
-I teach stress management and emotional regulation to mamas.
