Air Date: April 13, 2022 Welcome to Episode 198 of the podcast. This week I am joined by a true legend and pioneer of Canadian BBQ. Jim Beauchamp caught the barbecue bug back in the mid-1990’s and was amongst the first Canadian competitive cooks. Over the years he competed all over Canada and the US, built a number of his own pits and ran a restaurant and catering operation. Now retired, he still keeps an eye on what’s going on and he has been an inspiration to many of the current top Canadian bbq’ers. You can find Jim on Facebook and he can be contacted via Facebook Messenger. This episode has been brought to you by: The Best Sauce On The Planet, Sticky Fixx from Motley Que.
