Earlier this week, we shared part one of this conversation, all about how to improve your health + mood. If you’ve been feeling a bit sluggish lately or just wanna get out of a funk, this one's for you.

My special guest today is Dr. Laurie Marbas and she’s simplifying how to improve your health + mood.

We tackle and simplify all aspects of it, including:

  • When you’re ready to improve your health, what the first step is to resetting things
  • What the long term impact of your food choices are and how it can not only affect your sleep, but your relationships and decision-making abilities as well
  • How to improve your mood with food, sharing specifically which foods and spices are total mood boosters
  • Parents face some big obstacles when trying to feed their kids a consistently healthy diet - Dr Laurie shares her best tips to getting them more interested in their fruits and veggies
  • …and ultimately, how to eat healthy on a budget and also break the habit of fast food in your life.

Yet once again, we’re trying something new this week, splitting up the episode into two parts. So we are releasing the first half on Tuesday and part two on Friday. That way, the content is in a smaller, bite-size portion for you to listen to now, simmer on this entire week and be intentional with integrating what you learn into your everyday life.

We are simplifying our episodes to be shorter in length, easier to listen to, on-the-go.
