Kyle Cassidy is an award winning journalist and author of the photo books “Armed America: Portraits of Gun Owners in Their Homes” and “War Paint: Tattoo Culture & the Armed Forces.” He also photographed the 2015 book “Geek Knits” by Joan of Dark and viral photo essays on the Occupy Wall Street protestors and the scientists who flew the New Horizons mission to Pluto. He lives in Philadelphia with his wife, stage actress Trillian Stars and three cats, one of whom is famous on the Internet. He began photographing librarians in 2014.
