THE REALITY IS:
🔹The faster you become, the harder it is to become faster
🔹Improvement over time is dependent on how consistent you are with sound training that progresses over time. No one training cycle is going to work magic
🔹Running is a series of peaks and valleys and that it is NORMAL and HEALTHY to not be in “peak” shape all year round

Instead of focusing on reaching your overall peak potential, focus on reaching your potential of each training cycle, knowing each small PR is a stepping stone to your big goal 💪
