Submit ReviewGood Soil Leaders is an inclusive leadership development and coaching company. Through our work, we keep the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) Industry accountable, ethical, and competent by training and supporting practitioners, consultants, leaders and people managers to develop the transformational competencies needed to be effective in the industry. Therefore it made sense that our flagship training and coaching program is called “The Good Soil Leaders Academy”.
The Academy is a hybrid training and coaching program. There is a portal which has resources within it, a whole training resource program which all of our members have access to. There are some key areas that we focus on, and we're filling in the gaps that we don't see in existing accreditation and certifications but also the gaps that those of us who are experienced doing the actual work with organizations, the competencies, skills and abilities that we know are required in this particular work.
In this episode I cover who the academy is for, what it’s about and why training and experience matters.
